Main Features

-Place the single sheet of wide cardstock material on the right feeding lift platform. The feeding lift platform will automatically adjust its height according to the height of the cardstock on top.

-The material suction cup (with vacuum suction) lifts the single sheet of cardstock and sends it to the labeling platform (Y-axis moving platform). On the platform, a cylinder is used to position the wide cardstock, and at the same time, there is vacuum suction on the platform to fix the wide card on it so that it does not shift position.

-the power of the servo system; at the same time, the labeling head labels the position of the first column; after the labeling is completed, the labeling platform moves backward to the starting point, and at the same time, under the action of the labeling head rail and servo power, it moves one column position in the X direction.

-Continue to move along the Y-axis on the labeling platform, label the second column position of the wide cardboard, repeat this process, and complete the labeling of the entire wide cardboard labels.

-The labeling position of the wide cardstock can be adjusted by modifying parameters on the touch screen. In this process, the labeling settings for the position and spacing of labels in each column and row can be made (automatically adjusted by the servo motion control system).

-After the labeling is completed, the feeding suction cup (with vacuum suction) lifts the entire sheet of card paper and sends it to the feeding conveyor belt. The conveyor belt then transports the card paper into the receiving lifting platform on the left. The receiving lifting platform automatically adjusts its height according to the height of the incoming card paper.
